The hotel exceeded our expectations with rooms that were far beyond what we anticipated, offering a nice view over Bhuj. The service was very courteous, with staff willing to go out of their way to assist. The location was well-maintained and offered beautiful scenery, although there were minor issues with bathroom amenities. The dining experience was truly enjoyable with a variety of options, and the facilities were modern and convenient.

The hotel rooms could be cleaner and are faultily constructed with an open balcony/window leading to insects at night, dirty linens, mosquitos, and flies, among other issues. Noise from neighbouring banquet halls can disturb your sleep. The size of the rooms was very small. On the positive side, the service was efficient and the staff, especially the housekeeping team members, were well behaved and courteous.
